Bonfire by Krysten Ritter

I purchased this book from Half Priced books to read. All opinions are my own. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Bonfire by Krysten Ritter. Abby returns home 10 years after she left that small town in her rearview mirror. As an environmental lawyer in Chicago she is put on a case that puts her right back in that small town and all the emotions from 10 years ago come rushing back. She discovers her childhood best frienenemy has disappeared and suspects it has something to do with the same company she is there to investigate. All roads lead to the same place in this small town and discovering what happened all those years ago might lead to a break in the case she was sent to work on. A wonderful story of when the past meets the present.
