The Dinner List by Rebecca Serle

I purchased this book from Book of the month to read with my bestie Christina. All opinions are my own. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟The Dinner List by Rebecca Serle. We have all played this game: 5 people dead or alive you could sit down with and have dinner one night who would you pick? Sabrina and Jessica played this game in college and here it is a decade later on the night of her birthday and her fantasy list has become reality. She sits at a table with her best friend Jessica, her estranged father Robert, her old college professor Conrad, her ex boyfriend Tobias, and Audrey Hepburn. As the story unfolds you get to walk through Sabrina’s life with her on again, off again boyfriend Tobias for the last decade they have been dating, her strained relationships with her father and her best friend and two Audrey Hepburn and her old college professor seem to just be awkwardly settling in. But Sabrina gets one night to fix everything at this one dinner and as the evening progresses shocking secrets are revealed, relationships mended, and Sabrina walks away a bigger person for having a birthday fantasy dinner. I laughed, I cried, and in the end I felt closure. A fun read overall.
