I checked out this book at the local library to buddy read with my book bestie @mycornerforbooksand. All opinions are my own. πFoolish Hearts by Emma Mills. πππππ This is it. This is exactly how every teenage girl feels! All the wonderful teenage drama and realism that happens your senior year when everyone begins to make plans for their own future wrapped up with a production of Shakespeare, an online game, crushes and family and all the feelings. It’s a perfect YA read! I recommend every girl in eigth grade to eleventh read this book once before your senior year. Claudia and Zoe have been best friends since preschool and Claudia has been able to hold it all together until one bombed Brit Lit paper lands her in hot water and trying to scramble to make up a grade for a partner’s work she didn’t even want to deal with. While attending school, working, doing this play, avoiding a crush, she still finds time to communicate with her older brother, Alex and older sister, Julia who is having her first baby until the string breaks and she’s fumbling to find herself.πππππ Review also posted on Instagram @borenbooks, Library Thing, Go Read, Goodreads/StacieBoren, Amazon, Twitter @jason_stacie and my blog at readsbystacie.com

Licensed Vocational Nurse for Special Needs Pediatrics turned stay at home mom. I have enjoyed reading for as long as I can remember. I will read anything from children's books, novels, short stories, and even instruction manuals! I am a true book nerd. View all posts by Stacie Boren
