Dear Martin by Nic Stone

I received this book from #kidlitexchange to read in exchange for an honest review. The is for sharing. All opinions are my own. ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸDear Martin by Nick Stone should be in everyone’s library. An amazing experiment of journal entries takes on a whole new meaning in Justyce’s journey through his senior year of high school. This book covers so many controversial areas while maintaining a feels real outlook from a teen’s eyes. Justyce is a straight A student in a prep school and while he is educated it does not keep the world from judging him on skin color alone. He struggles with where he fits in and where he thinks he belongs throughout the book. And the struggle is very real for him. And while there is a section in the middle that will rip your heart to shreds at the end you will feel complete and smiling again. Grab this book, Experience “The Martin Experiment”, You won’t regret it. Review also posted on Instagram @jasonnstacie, Library Thing, and Goodreads/StacieBoren.
