13 Minutes by Sarah Pinborough

I received an advance copy of 13 minutes by Sarah Pinborough from #kidlitechange for review. All opinions are my own.

🌟🌟🌟🌟This YA novel pulls the reader in early and keeps the pages turning until the very end. The drama, the plotting, the vengeance, and the arrogance of these high school girls is very much a modern day Heathers. Becca finds herself in a life on the line chess game with her ex best friend, Tasha. Somewhere Hayley and Jenny’s future hangs in the balance, and poor Hannah caught in the middle of an evil takedown. Couples break up, teacher’s lives ruined, detectives lead in misleading directions on purpose. These girls will stop at nothing to save a reputation. A high school story of keep friends close and enemies closer kind of lesson. Will Becca find her true friends in the end or are they all fake?
